RCD Suspension took a different approach than other manufactures in the leveling kit business, instead of spacers and brackets, RCD developed a "High Performance Leveling Kit" complete with replacement coil springs for a superior ride, replacement alignment cam eccentrics and custom tuned Fox Performance Series shock absorbers which provide a smooth, precise and controlled ride.

2005-2014 2" Suspension System - Ford F250 / F350 8-Lug, 4WD features: Progressive rate coil springs are made from high quality U.S. spring steel providing long life and superior ride characteristics and Unique "Gator Black" polyurethane powder coat finish. Replacement Front Coil Springs -5160 alloy steel, Aftermarket Front Alignment Cams for Proper Adjustment, Increased Wheel Travel, Improved Handling and Suspension Performance, and traditional RCD Suspension fit and finish.

• 2005 - 2007 Ford F350 - 4WD (Non-Dually)

A new diesel motor and a new solid axle front suspension lent itself to ease of modification and RCD Suspension capitalized on this new and popular platform. 2005 brought a whole new platform, eliminating the poor riding leaf springs and putting coils and radius arms in their place. RCD Suspension engineers capitalized on this and put together three systems, 2" Leveling, 4" Standard, and the premium 6" Long Arm 4 Link Conversion Kit. RCD Suspension continues to produce systems for most F-250 / F-350 models from 2001 through 2008 model years.

The RCD 4" Suspension System for the 2005 - 2007 Ford F250 / 350 8-Lug, 4WD includes: Progressive rate coil springs made from high quality U.S. spring steel, providing long life, and superior ride characteristics; Fox Performance Series shock absorbers; heavy duty 1/4" thick mounting brackets provide enhanced strength and alignment characteristics; 3/8" plate steel extreme duty track bar drop bracket eliminates bump steer and provides the ultimate in strength and durabilit; forged steel drop pitman arm maintains precise steering geometry; extended sway bar links provide factory mounting locations and proper sway bar function; stainless steel extended front brake lines; and unique "Gator Black" polyurethane powder coat finish.

The RCD 6" Suspension System for the 2005-2007 Ford F250 /F350, 4 Link 8-Lug, 4WD includes: The 6" 4-Link design by RCD eliminates the factory radius arms using heavy duty 2"x.125" swaged DOM tubing Link bars. These bars utilize high articulation urethane encased flex joints at the frame mounts and 1/4" plate steel Clevis at the axle. The flex joints are greasable via gun drilled pivot bolts and Zerk fittings. A one-piece track bar drop bracket constructed of 3/8" plate steel ensures ultimate strength and precise axle location with bind-free axle articulation. A pitman arm is also included. The 4.25" factory style replacement rear block and u-bolt kit utilizes a 1-piece design with the bump stop wing cast into it and replaces the factory unit. No stacking of blocks required and proper compression bump travel is maintained. Four Fox shocks complete this package.
