6" Lift Kit w/ Bilstein Shock Absorbers - Ford F250/F350 4WD

The launch of the all new Ford "Super Duty" in 2001 brought a frenzy of excitement to Blue Oval truck enthusiasts. A new diesel motor and a new solid axle front suspension lent itself to ease of modification and RCD Suspension capitalized on this new and popular platform. 2005 brought a whole new platform, eliminating the poor riding leaf springs and putting coils and radius arms in their place. RCD Suspension engineers capitalized on this and put together three systems, 2" Leveling, 4" Standard, and the premium 6" Long Arm 4 Link Conversion Kit. RCD Suspension continues to produce systems for most F-250 / F-350 models from 2001 through 2008 model years.

The RCD 6" Suspension System for the 04/99-2004 Ford F250 /F350 8-Lug, 4WD includes: Two RCD Suspension Replacement Front Leaf Springs Featuring Individually shot peened and powder coated leaves that provide great looks, long lasting corrosion resistance and a smooth ride; Heavy duty 3/8" thick steel front track bar relocation bracket; replacement extended sway bar links insure proper sway bar geometry; rear lift blocks feature factory style bump-stop wing to maintain full load carrying capacity; forged steel dropped pitman arm maintains precise steering geometry; RCD "Gator Black" Polyurethane Ppwder coat finish for lasting good looks; grade 8 hardware for reliability; four custom matched Bilstein Monotube Gas Pressure Shocks for maximum performance and ride characteristics.

Wheel/Tire Specifications:

  Max Tire Size: 35" x 12.5" - Minor trimming may be required.

  Max Backspace: 16" x 8" - 4.625" backspacing. 17" & larger x 8" - 4.625" backspacing.

Additional Information:

  -Will NOT work with Air Ride or Electronic Suspension Systems
  -Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems (if applicable) will be required by an authorized Ford Dealer
  -Vehicles equipped with two-piece driveline may require Drive Shaft Support Drop Down Bracket for the factory carrier bearing.  See below.
  -Rear ride height may vary on certain models depending on the height of the factory block.  Additional rear lift may be required on certain models.
  -System will not fit on vehicles manufactured prior to 4/1/1999 or with 14mm trac-bar bolt.
