6" Lift Kit w/ Fox Shock Absorbers - Ford F250/F350 4WD (Non-Dually)

The launch of the all new Ford "Super Duty" in 2001 brought a frenzy of excitement to Blue Oval truck enthusiasts. A new diesel motor and a new solid axle front suspension lent itself to ease of modification and RCD Suspension capitalized on this new and popular platform. 2005 brought a whole new platform, eliminating the poor riding leaf springs and putting coils and radius arms in their place. RCD Suspension engineers capitalized on this and put together three systems, 2" Leveling, 4" Standard, and the premium 6" Long Arm 4 Link Conversion Kit. RCD Suspension continues to produce systems for most F-250 / F-350 models from 2001 through 2008 model years.

The RCD 6" Suspension System for the 2008-2010 Ford F250 /F350, 4 Link 8-Lug, 4WD includes: The 6" 4-Link design by RCD eliminates the factory radius arms using heavy duty 2"x.125" swaged DOM tubing Link bars. These bars utilize high articulation urethane encased flex joints at the frame mounts and 1/4" plate steel Clevis at the axle. The flex joints are greasable via gun drilled pivot bolts and Zerk fittings. A one-piece track bar drop bracket constructed of 3/8" plate steel ensures ultimate strength and precise axle location with bind-free axle articulation. A pitman arm is also included. The 4.25" factory style replacement rear block and u-bolt kit utilizes a 1-piece design with the bump stop wing cast into it and replaces the factory unit. No stacking of blocks required and proper compression bump travel is maintained. Four Fox shocks complete this package.

This kit is compatible with:

•   2008 - 2010 Ford F250 - 4WD (Non-Dually) (This is a 6" lift)
•   2008 - 2010 Ford F350 - 4WD (Non-Dually) (This is a 2" lift)

This kit includes:

  -Radius arms & track bar drop down

  -Coil springs

  -Blocks

  -Fox Performance Series Shock Absorbers

  -4-link arms, Driver side

  -4-link arms, Passenger side

Wheel/Tire Specifications:

  Max Tire Size: 36" x 12.5 " - Minor trimming may be required.

  Max Backspace: 17" & larger x 8" - 4.625" backspacing.

Additional Information:

  -Will NOT work with Air Ride or Electronic Suspension Systems
  -Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems (if applicable) will be required by an authorized Ford Dealer
  -Vehicles equipped with two-piece driveline may require Drive Shaft Support Drop Down Bracket (Part #: 20-68747) for the factory carrier bearing.
  -Rear ride height may vary on certain models depending on the height of the factory block.  Additional rear lift may be required on certain models.
